1. Respecting Copyright

100Xtuber respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Content owners who believe their work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement should submit a notice to our designated agent.

2. What We Host

100Xtuber is a tools platform that provides utilities for analyzing publicly available YouTube metadata. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video files, audio files, or copyrighted content on our servers. Thumbnails and captions are fetched as publicly available resources. We do not download, convert, or store YouTube videos or audio.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that any content available through our tools infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

A. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

B. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.

C. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the YouTube video URL and the specific tool used, so we can locate the material.

D. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.

E. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

F. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Submit Your Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email:

We will review and respond to all valid DMCA notices promptly. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during business days.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

A. Your physical or electronic signature.

B. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

C. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

D. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.

6. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to block access to our tools for any user who repeatedly submits infringing or otherwise problematic URLs.
