1. Zero Data Collection Policy

At 100Xtuber, you can use the tools without creating an account. We do not run a user database of logins. We do collect limited data needed to operate the site, as described below.

2. Cookies & Analytics

We use anonymous traffic analytics (such as Google Analytics or privacy-first tracking) to understand site volume, tool popularity, and browser compatibility. These services may place small files called "cookies" in your browser. These cookies gather anonymous, aggregate metrics (such as pages visited, average session length, and referral sources) and do not store any personal user data. You can choose to block or delete cookies at any time via your browser's settings. We also store a language preference cookie (xtuber_locale) when you pick a language or when we suggest one based on your browser or country.

3. Third-Party Requests

When you extract a transcript, our servers may call third-party caption providers (currently Supadata and, as a fallback, a Google Apps Script proxy) with the public video ID. AI rewrite features send transcript text to Groq. The contact form is delivered by Formspree. Thumbnail URLs are fetched from YouTube's public image CDN in your browser.

4. Secure Local Browsing

Since everything runs on static page layouts and secure endpoints, no logs of your searches, predicted CTR values, or target niches are ever stored on our databases. All analyzed data is discarded instantly after your browser tab is closed.
